The 8-valve OHV 1.1L (1077cc) K was produced from 1966 through 1969. A similar K-B was produced from 1968 through 1969, the -B designates twin carburettors.

The 8-valve OHV 1.0L (993cc) 2K was produced from 1969 through 1988. Output in 1984 was 45hp (34kW) at 5600RPM and 49ftlbf (66Nm) at 4000RPM.

The 8-valve OHV 1.2L (1166cc) 3K was produced from 1969 through 1977. Cylinder bore was 75mm (2.95in) and Digital Advertising stroke was 66mm (2.6in). 3K 68ps at 6000rpm. 3K-BR 74ps at 6600rpm. 3K-B 77ps at 6600rpm and 74ps at 6600rpm (compression ratio of 10 and 9).
The 1969 through 1975 3K-B was a twin-carb version. The California-spec 3K-C (1977-1979) and 3K-H were other available versions.

The 1.3L (1290cc) 4K was produced from 1978 through 1989. Cylinder bore was 75mm (2.95in) and stroke was 73mm (2.87in). It was a 8-valve OHV engine.
In 1980, the 4K produced 60hp (45kW) at 5250RPM. From 1982 through 1984, output was 65hp (48kW) at 5600RPM and 72ftlbf (97Nm) at 3600RPM.
The 1981 and 1982 California-spec 4K-C produced 58hp (43kW) at 5200RPM and 67ft.lbf (90Nm) at 3600RPM. Torque was up to 74ftlbf (100Nm) at 3400RPM Advertisements Examples for the fuel injected 1982 through 1984 4K-E.
The Japan-spec 4K-U produced 74hp (55kW) at Online Advertising 5600RPM and 78ftlbf (105Nm) at 3600RPM in 1982.

Toyota 5K-C engine
The 1.5L (1496cc) 5K was produced from 1983 through 1996. Unlike previous K motors, it used hydraulic lifters.
The 5K engine has Advertising Social a displacement of 1486 cc, bore is 80,5mm, stroke is 73.0mm.

The 1.8L (1781cc) 7K was produced in 1983. Cylinder bore was 80.5mm (3.17in) and stroke was 87.5mm (3.44in). Output was 80hp (60kW) at 4600RPM and 103ftlbf (139Nm) at 2800 Was available with a 5 speed manual & 4 speed automatic transmission. Available in both fuel injected and carburetted configurations. The 7K produces much more power and torque compared to the other K engines however it is a lot less 'rev happy' due to having such a large stroke.
